Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, we offer a store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
