About Our Store

Santas Magical Workshop is an Australian retail business based in Red Cliffs, Victoria.

Our online store allows customers to browse and purchase selected products for Click & Collect.

We currently do not offer standard postage or delivery for online orders.  Please call us to check if items can be posted.

Products & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and prices are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, and some products may have minor variations due to manufacturing, materials or natural characteristics.

Product availability is subject to change.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or incorrect product information.

If an order has been placed using an obvious pricing or product error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is subject to product availability and acceptance by Santas Magical Workshop.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly listed, incorrectly priced or where an error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Click & Collect

All online orders are currently Click & Collect only.

Orders must be collected from:

You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable transport for large or oversized purchases.

Collection by Another Person

Someone else may collect your order on your behalf.

They should provide the order number, the name the order was placed under and valid identification.

Uncollected Orders

We ask customers to collect their orders within 5 days of receiving their Ready for Collection notification.

If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, written content and branding, belongs to or is used by Santas Magical Workshop unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of our website.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
