Click & Collect

At Santa’s Magical Workshop, we currently offer Click & Collect only. We do not currently offer delivery or postage for online orders.

All online orders must be collected from our store in Red Cliffs, Victoria, Australia.

How Click & Collect Works

1. Browse our online store and add your items to your cart.

2. Select Click & Collect at checkout.

3. Complete your order and payment online.

4. We will prepare your order for collection.

5. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

6. Please wait until you have received your "Ready for Collection" notification before coming to collect your order.

Collection Times

Orders can be collected during our advertised store opening hours.

During busy periods, including the Christmas season, please allow additional time for your order to be prepared.

The full collection address and current opening hours will be provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Collection by Someone Else

If you are unable to collect your order yourself, another person may collect it on your behalf. Please ensure they have your order number and the name the order was placed under **and valid identification. **

How Long Will My Order Be Held?

We ask that Click & Collect orders are collected within 5 days of receiving your "Ready for Collection" notification.

If you are unable to collect your order within this timeframe, please contact us so we can make alternative arrangements.

Large or Oversized Items

Some of our products, including Christmas trees, large decorations and statement pieces, may be oversized or require additional care when being collected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a suitable vehicle and assistance available to safely transport their purchases.

Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure whether an item will fit in your vehicle.

Delivery & Postage

We currently do not offer shipping, postage or delivery for online orders.

If you require an item to be delivered, please contact us before placing your order to discuss whether an alternative arrangement may be available.

Order Issues

If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect when you collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
