Click & Collect Policy

We offer Click & Collect from Santa’s Magical Workshop in Red Cliffs, Victoria.

When placing your order online, select Click & Collect at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed.

Your order will then be prepared for collection during our store trading hours.

When can I collect my order?

Please wait until you receive a "Ready for Collection" notification before coming to collect your order.

Orders are generally prepared as soon as possible, however during busy periods preparation may take longer.

Where do I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from:

Santa’s Magical Workshop
17-19 Indi Avenue, Red Cliffs
Red Cliffs, Victoria

Please bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting your purchase.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. Someone else may collect your order on your behalf.

Please ensure they have your order number and the name the order was placed under.

For larger or high-value orders, we may request identification or contact the person who placed the order before releasing the goods.

How long will you hold my order?

We will hold Click & Collect orders for 7 days from the date you are notified that your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect your order within this time, please contact us so we can arrange an alternative collection time.

If an order remains uncollected and we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process any applicable refund.

What if an item is unavailable?

Although we do our best to keep our online stock levels accurate, occasionally an item may become unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy or an item being sold in-store.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss an alternative product, partial order, or refund for the unavailable item.

Can I change my Click & Collect order?

If you need to make changes to your order before collection, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been prepared, packed or collected, changes may not be possible.

Collection of large or bulky items

For large Christmas trees, decorations or other bulky items, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle and enough space to safely transport your purchase.

Our staff can assist with bringing your order to the collection area, but customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for transporting large items safely.

Important

Please do not attend the store to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready for collection.
